FBA發(fā)貨,買(mǎi)家收到貨與我們產(chǎn)品不一樣
美國(guó)買(mǎi)家收到貨,發(fā)消息并評(píng)價(jià)說(shuō)收到產(chǎn)品完全不是我們產(chǎn)品,根據(jù)買(mǎi)家發(fā)消息中圖片確實(shí)不是我們產(chǎn)品,比我們低個(gè)檔次。注:FBA配送物流,不是我們自己配送,我們目前只做FBA。? ?前提買(mǎi)家上圖產(chǎn)品不可能是我們的。例如張三家只賣(mài)轎車(chē)(即100%賣(mài)轎車(chē)),然后李四說(shuō)從張三家買(mǎi)到面包車(chē)。
疑問(wèn)如下:
? 1,亞馬遜FBA倉(cāng)庫(kù)有弄錯(cuò)的可能嗎?即把別家產(chǎn)品當(dāng)成我們的產(chǎn)品來(lái)處理?
? 2,買(mǎi)家是否存在惡意行為?

Hi, I placed an order 114-4388599-658????, of some ???? ????, brown. and I received other shoes of different brand. those shoes are not what they show in the description of the product. I want my money back or that you change my product. and cover the cost of return.

Dear sir, Thank you for choosing our product. We were shocked after receiving your picture, which is totally not our products. Your picture shows the material of lining & insole are PU material , but ours are pig split( pig leather). And also our logo and US size were printed on the insole. All of our products were shipped by FBA(Fulfillment by Amazon). I'm afraid that it mixed up with other's. If not,Could you double check it with the Amazon. Many thanks. Please don't be hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.?

Hi, Hello, already verify. It really is not what I ordered. If the order was sent wrong by AmAZON, you as sellers must claim this error. decide whether to refund a part of the money or return the package.

之前好像聯(lián)系客服的時(shí)候客服有講過(guò):如果是制造商標(biāo)簽,在顧客下單后亞馬遜會(huì)選擇就近的倉(cāng)庫(kù)發(fā)貨,也就是會(huì)先把其它賣(mài)家的同款產(chǎn)品發(fā)送給顧客;反之如果是亞馬遜標(biāo)簽,就算你的貨物在離顧客很遠(yuǎn)的倉(cāng)庫(kù),亞馬遜也會(huì)從那邊調(diào)貨發(fā)給顧客,所以說(shuō)顧客收到的貨百分百是你發(fā)到亞馬遜倉(cāng)庫(kù)里面的。
