亞馬遜FBA賣家所有資金被預留，賬號可以正常售賣，接下來怎么辦？

我們2021年初經歷過銷量暴漲，5月通過KYC ,期間到現在資金一直被預留，開了無數case,然后回復：

Your account is still under review. We ask for your patience while buyers leave feedback for you.
We will send you an email when our review is complete. Until then, we may not reply to further emails about this issue.Sincerely, Seller Performance Team Amazon.co.uk

后臺績效都是健康的，也沒有收到任何需要申訴的郵件和入口，很多說銷量激增引起審核，但是我們是FBA賣家，照理不會審核這么久，現在除了暫停賣貨，小號跟，還能做什么？
有遇到類似問題的大神嗎，怎么解決。
