亞馬遜買家過了好久才說沒收到貨,USPS已經(jīng)沒有包裹的跟蹤數(shù)據(jù)了,怎么辦?
買家是去年11月下的訂單,可是前兩天才跟我說他沒收到貨,中間都隔了好幾個(gè)月了。她發(fā)的信息是這樣的:
“We never received this item and if you check tracking order, it left warehouse and was never delivered. I was just going thru these and realized that I was never credited for this item. Please do that right away and let me know when done. thank you.”
時(shí)間都過去這么久了,USPS早就沒有訂單追蹤號(hào)的記錄了,怎么辦?

這個(gè)買家沒有及時(shí)跟你說他沒收到快遞,他本人應(yīng)該對(duì)此負(fù)責(zé)。那么久之前的事了,USPS都沒辦法做調(diào)查,carrier應(yīng)該早就忘了這件事。。。
而且90天的有效期已經(jīng)過了,這個(gè)買家不能留反饋或提交AZ claim,就算亞馬遜允許他提交AZ,你也不用擔(dān)心它會(huì)對(duì)你的績效造成影響,因?yàn)橛唵稳掌谝呀?jīng)超過6個(gè)月了。
要是我的話,我會(huì)回復(fù)這個(gè)買家,說這筆訂單已經(jīng)超過了有效期限,都過了這么久了,包裹的carrier沒辦法進(jìn)行調(diào)查,所以我沒辦法立案。如果他還聯(lián)系我的話,我會(huì)把他的信息標(biāo)記為“No Response Required(無需回復(fù))”,這樣就行了

你可以跟這個(gè)買家說,這個(gè)訂單是6個(gè)月以前的,USPS已經(jīng)沒有追蹤號(hào)碼的記錄了,你沒辦法幫他。

樓主,你不要回復(fù)他的信息,如果他提交AZ,亞馬遜會(huì)判你贏,或者亞馬遜會(huì)自己作出賠償。所以不要重新發(fā)貨給他、不要退錢、不用擔(dān)心AZ

“I ordered several things from Amazon around Christmas and today went in to archive my orders and realized that we never received the order shown above. The seller is saying that the deliverer doesnt have records that old and we all know that that is not true. Can you please research this for me and resolve it. We never received the item from them. Id like the item or a credit, whichever needs to happen. Thank you for handling this for me. I really appreciate it!”

在回應(yīng)claim的時(shí)候,你可以說:
“The package was delivered on XXX Date per Tracking Number XXXXX. Buyer contacted us 6 months later stating they did not receive the package. Due to the length of time USPS will not investigate nor allow a claim to be filed on this package. Buyer is responsible to notify in a timely manner of any delivery issues per Amazon policy. Six months is not timely. We ask this claim be denied due to the buyer not reporting the issue per Amazon's policy in a timely manner.”
反正最糟糕的情況的是,亞馬遜判買家贏,那因?yàn)橛唵我呀?jīng)超過了有效期限,所以你的ODR指標(biāo)不會(huì)被影響,而且亞馬遜可能會(huì)賠錢給這個(gè)買家。
如果你輸了AZ,亞馬遜又不賠錢,那你可以向亞馬遜的高層人員反映這件事,讓他們來解決
