他說買家已收到退款,我什么都不用做。在24小時后,final value fee(成交費)會被退回到我的賬戶中?,F(xiàn)在我可以重新刊登,或者提供second chance offer了么?要等到成交費到賬之后再說嗎?
樓主,你說原先的中標者也是一個賣家,那我覺得他可能是在出售同一件商品,他競拍的目的是抬高你的拍賣商品的價格,讓他的商品更有競爭力。等拍賣結束之后,他的出價(最高價格)會出現(xiàn)在交易結果中,其他買家都看得到(但是不知道他已經(jīng)取消投標)。
所以我給你一個建議,你可以提供“buy it now”的價格,然后在產(chǎn)品描述中說明一下原先的中標者沒有付錢,這樣其他買家就都看得到

ebay這樣做真的很不好,不要求買家認真對待這個拍賣,買家想取消訂單就取消,太隨意了,賣家辛辛苦苦等了一周,以為可以賣出去,結果沒有,還要再等,對賣家來說太不公平了。
不過這樣做還是有好處的,賣家可以多觀察一段時間,說不定會發(fā)現(xiàn)這件拍賣商品的實際價值比預想的要高,自己心里有數(shù),重新刊登的時候,可以定一個對自己更有利的價格。
