亞馬遜買家選錯(cuò)了送貨方式(second day shipping),卻抱怨運(yùn)費(fèi)太貴,要退錢,怎么辦?
有個(gè)買家(老客戶)買了兩件很便宜的商品,選的是second day shipping(運(yùn)費(fèi)挺貴的),我想應(yīng)該是有特殊的原因,比如婚禮、派對(duì)等,所以希望快遞早點(diǎn)到,然后我就早點(diǎn)給他發(fā)貨了。
沒(méi)想到收到貨的第二天他就讓我把“荒唐的”運(yùn)費(fèi)退給他(他本來(lái)想選的不是second day shipping)。我解釋說(shuō),為了方便起見,他選了價(jià)格更高的“second day shipping”,物品有在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)送達(dá)。而且在訂單頁(yè)面寫得很清楚,他應(yīng)該要確認(rèn)好之后再下單。
我想問(wèn)一下,我要把運(yùn)費(fèi)退給他嗎?如果他申請(qǐng)AZ claim,我有沒(méi)有可能贏啊?

(1) I have a Prime Account and should not have to pay for 2 Day Shipping.(我有會(huì)員賬號(hào),不需要支付運(yùn)費(fèi))
(2) I was never shown these charges when I checked out.(我在確認(rèn)下單的時(shí)候沒(méi)看到這個(gè)運(yùn)費(fèi))
(3) I was charged a ridiculous amount for 2 Day shipping and I want a refund.(這個(gè)運(yùn)費(fèi)太荒謬了,我想要退款)
