我的亞馬遜賬號(hào)突然不能銷售了,不知道是因?yàn)榭蛻敉对V還是其他原因?
前兩天有個(gè)產(chǎn)品listing突然顯示“不可售”,Seller Performance Team發(fā)郵件讓我提供發(fā)票、收據(jù)等材料:
“Hello,
We are reviewing your selling account and we need to verify your documentation for the following items:?
XXXXXXXXX
Please email pq-review@amazon.com with the following supporting documents:
Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. The quantity of items shown on the documentation should match your inventory...”
然后我就發(fā)了,但他們一直不回我,去催了一下,結(jié)果直接說我不能銷售了:
“Hello,
Based on the information you provided, you may not sell these items on Amazon.com. We removed your listings for the following items:
ASIN:XXXXXXX
Please do not relist these items. If we receive more complaints about your listings, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.
To learn more about our policies, search for "Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy" or “Intellectual Property Violations” in Seller Central Help.

不知道是怎么了,我在想是不是有客戶去投訴了?因?yàn)猷]件里有提到“complaints”這個(gè)詞,而且之前有客戶給了2星差評(píng),還有個(gè)客戶要求退款(商品價(jià)格挺高的)。。。

1.新賬戶和注冊(cè)很久沒有銷售的賬戶,審核會(huì)非常嚴(yán)格,有個(gè)朋友沒有開賣,就被要求審核,然后溝通了一個(gè)多月,才放開權(quán)限
2.Amazon算法中,侵權(quán)不是只有你的產(chǎn)品商標(biāo)、產(chǎn)品外觀的,如果沒有記錯(cuò),之前某品牌就利用品牌的相關(guān)名稱對(duì)使用該關(guān)鍵詞的賣家進(jìn)行投訴,這點(diǎn)在eBay和速賣通應(yīng)該經(jīng)常發(fā)生
3.近期很多人談到黑科技什么的,這種做法會(huì)讓Amazon煩躁,目前最好的方法就是順著Amazon的規(guī)則,這和一些大咖在操作社交賬號(hào)的時(shí)候一樣,有個(gè)養(yǎng)號(hào)的過程。
