亞馬遜買家在發(fā)貨前取消訂單,1個(gè)月后卻投訴沒收到退款?
買家在9.1下單,9.2取消訂單(還沒發(fā)貨),我們就按他說的做。然后收到亞馬遜的信息:
"Order Cancelled
This order has been canceled and the buyer will not be charged for the purchase. No further action is needed. For discrepancies or questions about the cancellation process, the buyer should contact Customer Service using the Contact Us form."
結(jié)果這兩天買家就投訴說他沒收到退款?已經(jīng)過了1個(gè)多月了,關(guān)鍵是因?yàn)橛唵挝赐瓿?,所以我們根本就沒拿到他付的錢。都懷疑他是不是騙子了

所以告訴買家,因?yàn)槟銢]發(fā)貨,所以亞馬遜是不會(huì)從他卡上劃走錢的(如果買家用的是借記卡,亞馬遜在授權(quán)的過程中會(huì)先將錢扣除。一旦交易被取消,亞馬遜會(huì)把這筆錢退回買家的賬戶)
