背景：成人用品新手賣家，這款產(chǎn)品父子變體（FBA發(fā)貨的），變體紫色目前被移除。（目前還不能運送產(chǎn)品里的紐扣電池，我們一開始就在listing里注明了不帶電池，但是產(chǎn)品包裝上寫著帶電池的句子）新手賣家有點第一次做起來的listing T^T 遇到這個問題。目前還在整理思路進行申訴。希望聽聽大家的意見。
之前可能和這位投訴的賣家溝通過因為她留了差評。（自己的推測）
差評原文：
This item is a complete waste!! Sure it arrived on time, but it didn't matter. If you read the back of the packaging it states "Sold as a novelty item only". NOWHERE in the description online is this mentioned!! This item should be removed from the website immediately as you are misleading your customers and quite frankly stealing their money!!!

Dear,Thank you for your feedback about finger vibe.Could you mind kindly let us know where seller let you feel bad, we d love to give you best solution about product problem, return and after-service.Good day.

I meant every word of my review. You sold a product online that ismisrepresented and completely worthless. The first thing I noticed was thepackage states in 3 places that batteries are included. Unwrap the plastic,no batteries. I then saw on the package where it states "sold as a noveltyitem only". This product is a fake. Nowhere in the online description doesit say that this will not only not come with batteries, but it actuallydoes nothing, it just looks like the item you wish to purchase. If you careabout your customers you will not only issue me a refund for this, but youwill either properly advertise this item or pull it from your website.Thank you.

建議后期發(fā)貨前對貨物多做些仔細檢查，看看是否有和listing不匹配的地方、包裝有沒有破損、listing有沒有讓人誤會的地方等等。如果有比較多的投訴，會對賬戶安全有一定影響。
