1.貨到到達(dá)收貨地點(diǎn)后，無論外包裝箱是否破損,都需要開箱檢查,務(wù)必當(dāng)面驗(yàn)貨核對(duì)，確認(rèn)無誤以后簽收，客戶簽收之后默認(rèn)對(duì)產(chǎn)品發(fā)貨數(shù)量以及品類沒有異議，故簽收后不接受關(guān)于少貨的投訴；如有產(chǎn)品因運(yùn)輸問題產(chǎn)生破損,請(qǐng)讓相關(guān)運(yùn)輸公司出據(jù)加蓋公章的證明,并將此證明提供給我們,由我們來協(xié)助客戶進(jìn)行索賠；如因物流造成貨物有破損或丟失，我們將不承擔(dān)相關(guān)責(zé)任.

1. 2.長(zhǎng)期合作的批發(fā)客戶及分銷客戶我們實(shí)行長(zhǎng)拿長(zhǎng)保制度。少量拿貨客戶，我們依據(jù)相關(guān)法規(guī)執(zhí)行（7天內(nèi)非人為的質(zhì)量問題退換貨，30天內(nèi)保修，功能類產(chǎn)品180天內(nèi)保修，保護(hù)類不作保修）?？蛻粼诎l(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題退貨時(shí)，請(qǐng)用普通快遞退回我公司，運(yùn)費(fèi)客戶墊付.若客戶在未與客服溝通情況下，直接退貨，我們將不予受理；我公司不接受到付件。

4.保修產(chǎn)品需要在保修時(shí)間內(nèi)退回，產(chǎn)品外觀完整可以保修。未經(jīng)授權(quán)擅自修理、改裝； 未按正常方法使用、貯存的產(chǎn)品不在保修范圍內(nèi)。
